The pine and holm oak forests, the vineyard and the fruit trees plantations merge into more than 140 Ha of land. A vast cultivation of organic cereal completes the landscape and endows Las Caraballas with a unique personality Our way of cultivation is based on the maximum respect for the ecosystem and sustainability. Under this philosophy of work no detail is left to chance. (reed more) The most distinguishing trait of our 60 Ha vineyard is the farming itself. With a density of 3,700 vines per hectare, the farming is fully aimed to the acquisition of premium quality grapes. The dimensions of the spalier allow an adequate height of free vegetation of about 1,2 meters, which provides a large exposure of foliage, appropriate to achieve an optimum balanced ripening.
