Vineyard: Created from grapes grown on Vineyard MOGILITE, located in the middle of the slope above the source of the river "Petarnishka bara" near the village of Petarnitsa, Pleven, where the soil is shallow gray forest on a karst base with high clay content and altitude about 300 m .

Grape harvest: 17.08.2020, hand-picked picking

Vinification: The grapes are cooled before the processes begin. Crushing, followed by pressing in a reductive entourage in order to preserve the aromas. Vinification in clear must in small vessels with constant temperature control, continuous slow fermentation.

The wine: Fresh, elegant, mineral with a delicate nutmeg and pronounced citrus character, the aroma of the wine easily reveals lemon peel, tangerine, white flowers and nutmeg, a hint of smoke and crushed flint, slightly to medium body with good balance, strong pronounced freshness.

Aromas: On the nose the wine reveals delicate floral and citrus nuances - mandarin, citrus blossom, delicate white flowers, also green apple, along with a hint of nutmeg and wet stone

Taste characteristics: Elegant combination of citrus (grapefruit, lime) with floral and mineral notes.
Maturity: Ready to drink, not suitable for aging over 1-2 years
