Winery: Since 2015 we converted into an organic winery. The result of this deliberate choice is natural, untreated wines, which provide our winery with a profile of sustainability and authenticity. We limit our interventions to only the most needed ones, in order to maintain the natural balance. Since 2012 we have been planting fungus-resistant varieties exclusively, so-called Piwis. These allow us to minimize plant protection, and thus support our sustainable and resource-friendly organic viniculture. |
