Vinification:Cultivated with completely natural ad ancient techniques. The name is derived from the technique of cutting the lymph so to give more richness and personality ot the grapes. Vinified in cement with native indigenous yeast. Matures for many month in large Slavonian oak barrels followed by at least one year in bottle.
