Spekali Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane is produced by traditional Kakhetian method from the varieties of Mtsvane and Rkatsiteli grapes grown in the Manavi micro-zone. The wine has been fermented and aged throughout six months together with the pomace in Qvevri. The Manavi micro-zone is the best place for growing Mtsvane grapes. These top-quality grapes, together with the traditional Kakhetian wine-making method give us the rich, unique taste that makes Spekali Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane distinctive from other white wines from Kakheti region.
